Hi, i've been very unsuccessful in my attempts to use the voice chat service. I download Ventrillo, follow the instructions to the letter regarding password, username and the Zone BBS server. When i click on "Connect" it say that i've logged onto the server, but my username or password cannot be verified. Please help!

Is your password case sensitive? is your capslock key on? make sure none of these are in affect...
I do mine in all lower-case letters, so I won't have to worry about like, capitilizing this, or that letter...

Hmmmm. Maybe a capital E in your username, too. Not sure if that matters, but it is probably most likely a password thing. I'm assuming you set your Ventrilo password separate.You can now view/change it in your account settings to make sure.
My Zone password and username is identical to my Ventrillo one, i've checked and triple checked!
I think the password has to be under 6 characters. i had the same problem, changed my password to a 4-letter word, and now everything's ok. Hope this helps
i'm having the same problem and can't get in to the ventrilo serva cause of the password says is incorrect but its rite.
Said this on another board, but I'll put it here too. NOrmally, our password file updates constantly. THis is currently broken. I just ran another update as of a minute ago so hopefully your current passwords are now available and you can login. Let me know if thi doesn't work for you.

Sorry to make sound like the omnibus addition. I am also having problems logging in wit my password on to Ventrilo. So if anyone can help me with this. That would be cool.
